TERMS

• Cash always & with identification,  MC, Visa, AMX  & Checks ($10 Minimum) accepted.
• All bags are subject to inspection upon request.
• Buyers are responsible for the packing and moving of purchases prior to the conclusion of the sale unless special arrangements are made.

PRICING

• Day one items are priced as marked. As the sales progresses most items will be incrementally discounted, however alternative bid offers on items priced $75 and over will be continually evaluated and bidders will be notified if and when offers are accepted up to the end of the sale. Remember, when you place a bid, it is a binding agreement.
• The objective is to EMPTY the house! By the end of the sale, all offers will be considered.
